Why is there a setup and ongoing care model?

The setup ensures everything is properly structured for your practice from the beginning. Ongoing care ensures everything remains stable, is regularly reviewed, and can be adjusted when needed.

How does payment work and what happens afterwards?

For setup work, such as website and workflow implementation, a 30 to 40 percent advance payment is required. The remaining balance is due after completion. Ongoing care is billed monthly within a fixed contract term. After the contract term, you decide whether to continue working with us. If you decide not to continue, we hand over the website and implemented structure. If you continue, we keep taking care of everything.

What happens to our existing systems and workflows?

In general, we recommend working with our structure and tools, as they are designed for clarity and ease in daily practice. If you prefer to keep existing systems, we assess how they can be integrated without disrupting operations. The goal is always a clear and stable overall structure, not added complexity.
